Susan has appeared on BBC Two's Working Lunch programme and on BBC radio. Three Counties
Radio are currently broadcasting a series on using the voice effectively in business and home - including using the telephone,
preparing for interviews and for women - being heard by men! She is a Women's Enterprise
Ambassador for the East of England and has written articles for local and specialist publications, and is available for
Public Speaking engagements. Susan's particular subject
